Delann Fraschetti Finch

Overview

Delann Fraschetti Finch focuses her practice on employment law, general liability, and professional liability.

She advises on general liability matters including business interruption and third-party actions including bodily injury allegations. In her employment law work, Ms. Fraschetti Finch defends private business employers in in wage and hour compliance, and for insurance carrier’s employment matters. She also represents clients in professional liability claims of negligence and breach of duty, including accountants and actuaries. 

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, she served as an associate at a midsized Philadelphia law firm litigating general liability and medical malpractice cases. During law school, Ms. Fraschetti Finch worked as a law clerk for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, worked in healthcare and employment law as a law firm clerk, and served as a certified legal intern for a healthcare law clinic. She was also an active leader in various student organizations.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Ms. Fraschetti Finch is fluent in Spanish.
