Overview

Chandler Gordon is an associate and focuses her practice on employment law and general liability.

Ms. Gordon represents  employers in a range of employment litigation cases including wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, and employment practice liability claims. Additionally, she provides counsel on employment policies and training. In her general liability defense work, she defends clients in claims including premises liability and automobile liability.

Ms. Gordon represents insurance carriers and clients in defense of claims involving claims of bodily injury, and employment practices liability.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Gordon handled investigations and prepared  claim demands on behalf of injured plaintiffs in multiple states. She negotiated  settlements arising from general liability claims, drafted and filed plaintiff’s petitions for civil litigation and reviewed complex insurance policies to determine liability coverage. She previously interned in the Civil Rights Division of the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General and in the enforcement division of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
