Overview

Attorney Bradley A. Suiters focuses his practice in professional liability, and directors’ and officers’ liability. He also works with the firm’s commercial litigation, financial services, and general liability practice groups.

Mr. Suiters defends clients facing claims of professional errors, breach of duty and negligence, including lawyers, insurance brokers, and various professionals. He provides risk audits to companies and other organizations to assess and address their potential for exposure to claims regarding professional liability matters, and for directors’ and officers’ liability claims. In Mr. Suiters’ commercial and financial litigation work, he handles shareholder disputes, compliance reviews, and defends investment professionals.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Suiters served for five years as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in New Jersey, where he successfully defended clients in complex criminal cases including evidentiary hearings and trials before a judge and jury. In law school, he interned for the Federal Defender Services of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
