Overview
Austin Kulik concentrates his practice in professional liability and labor and employment law.
Mr. Kulik defends professionals against negligence claims. In particular, he represents attorneys, accountants, and insurance brokers and agents to protect their reputation and businesses. In his employment practice, he represents employers and their insureds in claims of alleged employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and a range of personnel matters.
Mr. Kulik was previously a law clerk with Kaufman Dolowich. Prior to joining the firm, he also worked as a law clerk at an employment law firm and as a legal intern at a law firm specializing in international arbitration. During law school, Mr.Kulik was a teaching assistant, and served as articles editor of the school’s interdisciplinary law journal.
