Asit Panwala represents clients in a range of industries in the areas of employment law, professional liability, general liability, and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Panwala has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in California and New York. He has represented clients in matters involving general liability, fraud, wrongful death, assault, voters rights, and domestic violence. He has conducted more than 40 jury trials in cases involving homicide, domestic violence and sexual assault at the Bronx and San Francisco District Attorney’s Offices.
Previously, Mr. Panwala was a solo practitioner and successfully argued in the California Supreme Court for the expansion of the voters’ right to referendum.
