Arthur R. Kaufman

Overview

Arthur R. Kaufman, retired, was the founder of the Firm. His leadership, in-depth, industry-specific knowledge, out-of-the-box thinking and effective legal strategies achieved optimum outcomes for his clients for more than 50 years. 

He practiced labor and employment law and represented management in all areas of the employer-employee relationship. A successful litigator in cases ranging from wage and hour disputes, collective bargaining negotiation and employee discrimination to sexual harassment and wrongful discharge, he was nationally recognized for his strong legal acumen and litigation skills. Mr. Kaufman negotiated more than  50 labor contracts and advised employers across the U.S. on maintaining union free status. He also provided counsel on more than 200 union campaigns.
