Overview

Amir Eskandari focuses his practice on professional liability and general liability.

He represents clients in business transactions, and against claims of professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty including agents and brokers, accountants, construction, and real estate professionals. His general defense work includes defending against alleged premises liability, bodily injury, and in environmental toxic torts.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Eskandari handled matters involving general liability, business litigation and professional liability. He has represented a range of clients including individuals, carrier’s insureds, financial institutions, manufacturers, and retailers. Previously, he also worked on complex actions related to the Northern California fires, opioid, and auto emission class actions. As a law clerk, he assisted Ventura, CA district attorneys on white-collar crimes such as predatory lending, insurance and real estate fraud.

Before immigrating to the United States, Mr. Eskandari practiced law in Iran working on breach of contract matters, trademark, landlord-tenant, and real estate disputes.

He is fluent in Farsi.
