Overview

Attorney Amanda Varrone focuses her practice in employment law.  She defends management in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and fair housing claims.

Ms. Varrone represents clients in employment matters including cases brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, New York Labor Law, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. She is an experienced trial lawyer and a trusted advocate.

She is fluent in Spanish and knows conversational Korean. Ms. Varrone previously practiced in civil litigation, personal injury, and served as a criminal prosecutor working on court trials in Florida. In law school, Ms. Varrone served as a student advocate in the school’s Public Interest Law Center and received a Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for completing hundreds of pro bono hours for indigent clients.
