Overview
Alexandra Sasha Robins focuses her practice on labor and employment law.
Ms. Robins defends employers in a wide range of employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. She represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
In addition to her litigation practice, she advises employers on a variety of labor, personnel, and operational matters. This includes drafting and reviewing workplace policies and employee handbooks, providing guidance on employee discipline and terminations, navigating leave and accommodation issues, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
