Alex Lee

Overview

Alex Lee concentrates his practice in labor and employment law and in commercial litigation.

He represents clients in a range of business industries and insurance carriers, against allegations of wage and hour violations, harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, retaliation, and restrictive covenant claims. He also provides counsel on day-to-day workplace compliance and disciplinary matters, employment contracts, and disability accommodations issues. Further, Mr. Lee advises clients regarding employment policies, as well as separation, non-competition, and non-solicitation agreements.

Mr. Lee represents employers in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings for claims under a wide range of federal, state, and local employment laws and statutes.

During law school he served as a law clerk including with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the Washington, D.C. Attorney General’s Office. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lee was a commercial underwriter in the insurance industry.
