Target’s $10M Breach Settlement Sets Affordable Standard, Law360 ft. Christopher Nucifora

Posted Mar 19, 2015

Christopher Nucifora, managing partner of KD’s New Jersey office, is quoted in an article published by Law360 on March 19, 2015. In the article, Christopher discusses the $10 million settlement over Target’s 2013 data breach.

“The standard of cognizable loss will still rule in terms of liability moving forward,” Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP managing partner Christopher Nucifora said. “Given that Target was one of the largest breaches in history, the settlement figures can only work their way down from here, unless the breach is larger.”
