New York (June 03, 2014, 8:59 PM ET) — The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is mulling new enforcement guidance on pregnancy discrimination, according to a recent solicitor general’s brief in a pregnancy case against UPS Inc., a development lawyers say heralds a likely expansion of employers’ obligations to provide accommodations to pregnant workers.
