Key metrics measured among law firms included quality of pay and benefits; work/life balance and flexibility; job and company stability; physical and psychological comfort; belongingness and esteem; and career opportunities and professional development.

Kaufman Dolowich ranked high on the scorecard in several of these areas including professional development and work life balance.
