Justin Russell, Global Financial Services Firm Chief Legal Officer, Joins Kaufman Dolowich, 2-8-24

 (Feb 8, 2024, Orlando, Fla.) — Kaufman Dolowich, a leading national law firm, today announced Justin Russell has joined the firm’s Orlando, Florida office as Of Counsel. Russell previously served as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer for Vengroff Williams, Inc. and its subsidiaries, a global financial services firm, and was also Sr. Vice President of VWi Healthcare Subrogation, one of its affiliates. He joins Kaufman Dolowich’s Financial Services and Institutions practice group and Health Care/Managed Care industry group.

Bringing his multifaceted experience from serving as in house counsel for more than a decade, Russell’s practice will focus on representing clients in consumer protection matters and provide compliance counsel across financial, healthcare, insurance, and credit and collection arenas, as well as advising on corporate governance matters, and providing commercial litigation defense. Russell is also skilled at advising on business disputes, navigating professional licensing matters, addressing employment issues, managing contract disputes, and ensuring adherence to governmental regulatory bodies.

Russell received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Fla., and his B.S. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
