Ivan Dolowich of Kaufman Dolowich Honored by Simon Wiesenthal Center Heroes for Tolerance Event, 8-21-2023

New York (Aug. 21, 2023) – – Kaufman Dolowich law firm is pleased to announce that the Simon Wiesenthal Center honored Co-Managing Partner Ivan Dolowich yesterday afternoon at its 8th annual Heroes for Tolerance event. The event took place at Yankee Stadium and recognized Dolowich as a regional leader in the fight against hate, bias and antisemitism.

“I am truly humbled to receive this honor,” Dolowich said. “Standing next to a holocaust survivor who received the same award, I feel my contributions are nothing in comparison to those who have endured the unspeakable for their faith, but I am all the more motivated to do all that I can to support the work of the Center and the fight against antisemitism and bigotry of all kinds.”

A supporter of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Dolowich also aids many local Jewish organizations. He is a board member of the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center (HMTC), a member of its Golf Outing Committee and its Auditorium Committee as it works to build a new museum auditorium. In addition, Dolowich provides pro bono legal counsel for HMTC and advises on the logistics of its various operations. Dolowich is also on the Board of Directors for his Temple, Temple Or Elohim, and a member of Kaufman Dolowich’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
