For those who have always wanted to bring their pet to work, recently adopted regulations by California’s Fair Employment and Housing Commission (FEHC) will be a welcome development.  For employers, the new regulations are yet another addition to an ever-growing list of laws of which California employers must be aware when working with disabled employees.
