The addition of Kaufman Dolowich’s new Maritime and Admiralty Law Partner Joseph B. Staph was recently highlighted in Attorney at Law Magazine. Mr. Staph will split his time between the firm’s New York City and New Jersey offices, bringing experience in maritime liability defense, cargo subrogation and complex transportation and insurance litigation.

He handles a broad range of maritime and transportation disputes, including personal injury and wrongful death claims, cargo loss and damage, insurance coverage and subrogation matters. His experience spans both sides of maritime litigation. He began his legal career at an established maritime defense firm and most recently practiced at a maritime and insurance litigation boutique, where he prosecuted subrogation actions.
