Overview
Young W. Choi focuses his practice on employment law, commercial litigation, and general liability defense. He has extensive experience representing employers in wage and hour matters, representative and class actions, PAGA claims, FEHA disputes, whistleblower actions, and HR compliance matters, including employee handbook revisions and pre-litigation counseling.
He also handles a broad range of business disputes, including partnership disputes, contract claims, defamation, commercial lease matters, intellectual property issues, subpoena practice, and Uniform Commercial Code sales disputes.
In addition, Mr. Choi has experience with general liability matters, including premises liability, slip and fall claims, workplace accidents, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, wrongful death, intentional torts, dog bites, and other negligence-based disputes.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Choi handled workers’ compensation subrogation and personal injury matters.
