Tiffany Schneider practices law in Kaufman Dolowich’s Labor and Employment Group.
She represents employers in allegations of whistleblower claims, claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, and in retaliation matters. She regularly litigates matters under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Schneider worked as a civil litigator, representing both defendants and plaintiffs in matters involving toxic torts, general liability, institutional sexual abuse cases, and appellate work. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Schneider worked in healthcare.
