Spencer Raynal

Overview

Attorney Spencer Raynal focuses his law practice on employment law and general liability. 

Mr. Raynal defends employers and business owners on legal issues that arise from the employer/employee relationship. He prepares companies for audits and advises clients in wage and hour law compliance, disability leave laws, workplace harassment, employee discrimination, and wrongful discharge matters. He also represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights.

Mr. Raynal’s general liability work includes defending clients and representing insurance carriers against general casualty matters including premises liability claims.
