Overview
Shavon Brooks focuses her practice in commercial litigation, general liability, and labor and employment law.
She represents clients on a range of matters including liability claims, business disputes, contracts and policies. In her general liability work, Ms. Brooks defends clients in premises and property damage claims. In her employment law work, Ms. Brooks represents employers in defending wrongful termination claims, and provides counsel on personnel policies.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, she served two Florida law firms and a government agency for children’s services. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Brooks was a contract administrator and an assistant accountant for two years.
