Overview
Sarah Hamel-Davis is an associate focusing her practice on insurance coverage and litigation.
She handles and analyzes complex coverage issues under various types of insurance policies and provides guidance to insurers in the commercial directors’ and officers’, financial institutions, errors and omissions, management liability, and general liability markets. Ms. Hamel-Davis also represents her clients through risk assessments, underwriting consultations, drafting insurance policies, while also representing those insurers’ interests in complex coverage litigation matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich as an associate, she served as a law clerk. Previously Ms. Hamel-Davis worked with the New England Law Clinical Office, was an intern at the Superior Court of New Jersey Bergen County Justice Center and interned at a New York City law firm. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in product services.
Ms. Hamel-Davis is fluent in French.
