Overview
Sabrina Chow focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters. She analyzes insurance policies and coverage issues to develop defense strategies and works with insurance companies on coverage risk management, policy underwriting, and claims handling for third-party liability matters involving management, employment, and professional liability claims in the U.S. and London markets. Her experience also includes policy drafting, coverage analysis, product development, and litigation involving first-party property matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, she was an associate at a national law firm, where she focused on insurance coverage and litigation matters. She conducted insurance policy analysis and coverage evaluations, drafted coverage opinions and motions, managed discovery, and represented clients at court conferences and hearings.
