Overview
Robert K. Tucker II is a litigator with a practice spanning commercial litigation, general liability, insurance defense, and labor and employment law.
He represents businesses and individuals in Florida’s state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings, handling disputes involving commercial liability, premises liability, construction defects, toxic torts, and other first and third-party liability claims. In his insurance defense practice, he represents insurers and their insureds in complex matters, including those involving significant property damage and wrongful death.
Mr. Tucker also advises and defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. His commercial litigation practice includes representing business owners and corporations in contract disputes, business torts, and shareholder and partnership conflicts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tucker practiced at a national law firm, representing individuals, businesses, and multinational corporations in complex litigation, including class action matters, in Florida’s state and federal courts. His experience spans personal injury, property damage, construction defects, toxic torts, contract disputes, and employment claims.
