Overview
Rafael Martinez Garcia focuses his practice on labor and employment law.
He represents employers in a wide range of matters including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, and allegations of retaliation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Martinez Garcia was an attorney at a global immigration law firm, where he supported large corporate clients in a range of business immigration matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence.
While in law school, he served as Vice President of the Students for Immigrants’ Rights Association, Senior Editor of the UC Law Business Law Journal, and Editor for Digital Platforms of the UC Law International Law Review.
Mr. Martinez Garcia is fluent in Spanish.
