Overview
Nicholas Darbouze is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, where he represents employers in a wide range of matters.
He defends employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Mr. Darbouze also advises clients on employment policies and procedures to help ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Additionally, he prepares legal documents related to matters arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
During law school, Mr. Darbouze completed a year-long externship with the Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Office of Corporate Counsel. He also served as a legal intern for a nonprofit organization. He participated in his law school’s Moot Court and Black American Law Student Association and contributed to the Environmental Law Journal.
