Overview

Nicholas Darbouze  is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group, where he represents employers in a wide range of matters.

He defends employers in matters alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and in wage and hour disputes. Mr. Darbouze provides counsel on various employment policies and procedures to ensure his clients are in compliance with federal and state employment statutes. Additionally, he prepares legal documents regarding matters falling under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).

During law school, Mr. Darbouze worked in a year-long externship at the Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Office of Corporate Counsel. He also served as a legal intern for a nonprofit organization. He was active in his law school’s Moot Court, Black American Law Student Association, and served as a contributor to the Environmental Law Journal.
