Natasha Ehi Egharevba focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation, employment law, and general liability defense.

In her business and commercial litigation practice, she defends clients in a wide range of matters including contract and business disputes.

Ms. Egharevba advises and defends employers across the full spectrum of employment law issues, from wage-and-hour disputes to allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge.

Additionally, Ms. Egharevba hands a broad range of general liability cases including those involving premises liability.

Prior to joining KD, Ms. Egharevba practiced at an insurance defense litigation firm, where she managed complex, high-exposure cases involving personal injury, property damage, and coverage disputes from inception to resolution. Her experience also includes representing insurance carriers, businesses, and other clients at national and regional litigation firms in a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney with the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and as an Assistant District Attorney with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office.
