Overview
Megan Beloff concentrates her practice on labor and employment law.
Ms. Beloff represents businesses and insurance clients in employment-related litigation, defending against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and alleged violations of federal, state, and local civil rights laws. She also defends wage-and-hour disputes involving unpaid wages, tips, and bonuses. In addition to litigation, Ms. Beloff provides proactive employment counsel, including workplace training for employees and managers on topics such as anti-discrimination and sexual harassment prevention.
Ms. Beloff first joined Kaufman Dolowich as a law clerk. During law school, she served as a legal intern at three law firms, where she gained experience in employment and education law, and as a judicial intern for the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Suffolk County.
