Overview
Megan Beloff concentrates her practice in labor and employment law.
Ms. Beloff represents businesses and insurance clients in a wide range of employment-related litigation. This includes defending against claims involving alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of federal, state, and local civil rights laws. She also defends against wage and hour disputes, including claims related to unpaid wages, tips, and bonuses. In addition to litigation. Ms. Beloff provides proactive legal counsel by delivering workplace training to employees and managers on topics such as anti-discrimination and sexual harassment prevention.
Ms. Beloff first joined Kaufman Dolowich as a law clerk. During law school she served as a legal intern for three law firms working in employment law and education law, and as a judicial intern for the Supreme Court of New York – Suffolk County.
