Overview
Matthew Mann, of counsel, concentrates his practice in the area of general liability with an emphasis on actions arising from construction accidents, including negligence and New York Labor Law Sections 240 and 241(6) claims.
Mr. Mann also represents clients in handles various other types of insurance defense cases involving high exposure premises liability. He handles auto insurance defense including liability law, on behalf of a variety of companies and their’ insureds. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mann also litigated motor vehicle accident claims involving wrongful death and property damage.
