Kylie Ayal

Overview

Kylie Ayal focuses her practice on labor and employment law and commercial litigation.

She represents employers in labor and employment matters, including wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. She also handles a range of business disputes, including litigation involving boards of directors, start-ups, and products liability.

Ms. Ayal takes a proactive, strategic approach to understanding her clients’ needs, emphasizing open communication and keeping clients informed throughout the legal process.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Ayal practiced labor and employment law and commercial litigation at a defense law firm. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court. During law school, she interned with an environmental organization, where she worked on various projects, including drafting legal analysis for a sustainable land management project for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. She received Pace’s Law Merit Scholarship and served as the Research and Writing Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review.
