Overview
Kylie Ayal focuses her practice in labor and employment law and commercial litigation.
She represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment law matters including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment and claims of retaliation. She also has extensive experience defending clients in matters involving a wide array of business disputes including litigation concerning boards of directors, start-ups and products liability.
Ms. Ayal takes a proactive strategic approach in understanding the unique needs of her clients, emphasizing open lines of communication and keeping them well informed throughout the entire process.
She previously practiced labor and employment law and commercial litigation at a defense law firm. Immediately following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court. During law school, she volunteered as an intern for an environmental group working on numerous projects including drafting legal analysis for a sustainable land management project for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. She is a past recipient of Pace’s Law Merit Scholarship and served as the Research and Writing Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review.
