Kimberly Khemraj concentrates her law practice in labor and employment law to provide clients effective case analysis and strategic guidance.
Ms. Khemraj’s employment litigation work includes defending clients in claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and in retaliation matters. She also provides counsel on alleged wage and hour violations.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Khemraj was an Associate at two law firms working on employment matters and general liability, including preparation for trial, mediation, and arbitrations. During law school she served as law clerk for an employment and personal injury firm, as a student advocate at her university’s family-law clinic.
