Overview
Kimberly Khemraj concentrates her practice in general liability, handling matters involving premises liability, construction defects, property damage, and personal injury. She assists clients and insurers with claim investigation and the development of cost-efficient defense strategies.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Khemraj was an Associate at two law firms, where she handled general liability and employment matters involving trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration. During law school, she served as a law clerk for an employment and personal injury firm and as a student advocate at her university’s family law clinic. She also interned for the Honorable Joseph Lorintz at the Matrimonial Center of the Nassau County Supreme Court, assisting on matters involving marriage, divorce, custody, child support, and medical examinations.
