Overview
Jonathan “Brad” Bryan concentrates his practice in general liability and employment law. He handles premises liability and construction defect claims, advising clients on liability, damages, and resolution strategies. He also defends employers against employment claims involving wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Bryan practiced at a regional law firm, where he handled commercial, construction, and real estate litigation.
