Overview
Jared Nossen is an associate and focuses his practice on construction, commercial litigation, and employment law.
He defends construction industry professionals and businesses, including property owners, developers, general contractors, and construction managers in all stages of litigation. In his employment work, Mr. Nossen defends employers in cases of alleged wage and hour noncompliance, discrimination, harassment, and breach of contract.
Recently, Mr. Nossen served as a law clerk at Kaufman Dolowich. During law school, he interned at the National Labor Relations Board and the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York.
