Jake Levy

Overview

Jake Levy is an associate focusing his practice on employment law and commercial litigation.

Mr. Levy represents clients in employment matters involving wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and class collective action suits. In his commercial litigation cases, he handles contract disputes, bad faith claims and claims of negligence.

Previously, Mr. Levy served as a law clerk at Kaufman Dolowich focusing on employment-related matters. During law school, he worked as a teacher’s assistant at the University of Miami School of Law, where his coursework included complex commercial contracts and negotiating and drafting sports venue agreements.
