Overview
Isabella Castellon Lebron concentrates her practice in labor and employment law, where she defends clients against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other alleged violations of federal, state, and local civil rights laws. She also represents clients in wage and hour disputes and matters involving agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Castellon Lebron provided counsel in connection with a range of immigration matters. She worked with businesses on employment-based immigration processes. She also advised on humanitarian immigration issues and provided guidance on compliance, including I-9 requirements and related agency policies.
