Isabella Andrade

Overview

Isabella Andrade focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation, and professional liability.

She represents insurers in coverage matters, including policy drafting, underwriting support, claims handling, and first-party property disputes. She also advises on errors and omissions (E&O), employment practices liability (EPL), and directors and officers (D&O) programs, defending insureds, directors, and officers in claims of negligence, fraud, or breach of duty.

Ms. Andrade first joined Kaufman Dolowich as a law clerk. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, participating in hearings on state and municipal employee appeals and conducting legal research for brief preparation. She also worked as a legal intern for a global online course provider, supporting compliance and transactional matters, including research, contract review, and document drafting.
