Overview

Hailey Moore focuses her practice on employment law.

She represents employers in a variety of industries in several areas of employment litigation including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment claims. Ms. Moore also provides counsel regarding personnel policies and employment contracts.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Moore worked at two Dallas-area law firms as an associate in complex commercial and employment litigation matters, including breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. She was previously located in Oklahoma as a law intern at a veterans’ organization and assisting in case preparation for the Western District of Oklahoma for the United States Air Force, at Tinker Air Force Base.
