Overview

Gabrielle Rodrigues focuses her practice on commercial litigation and consumer financial services.

Ms. Rodrigues provides regulatory compliance counsel, guiding clients through examination processes, disciplinary proceedings, settlement negotiations, and internal audits. She also defends clients in matters under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Rodrigues practiced corporate litigation and intellectual property law. She represented start-up companies, corporate boards, and general counsel in matters involving contracts, securities violations, shareholder disputes, breach of duty, and regulatory compliance.

During law school, Ms. Rodrigues gained broad legal experience including serving as a law clerk, fellow, and legal intern.
