Overview
Emma Adams focuses her practice on labor and employment law and general liability defense.
She represents employers in wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She also advises employers on a range of workplace issues.
In her general liability practice, Ms. Adams defends clients in premises liability and automobile accident claims.
Ms. Adams joined Kaufman Dolowich as a law clerk before transitioning into her current role. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Rochelle East, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of San Francisco. She was also published in the Fall 2024 edition of the UC Law San Francisco Journal on Gender and Justice.
