Overview
Emma Adams concentrates her practice in labor and employment law as well as general liability defense.
She represents employers in wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination and wrongful-discharge claims, harassment matters, and actions brought under California’s Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). She also provides counsel on a broad range of employment-related issues.
In her general liability practice, she defends clients in premises-liability matters and claims arising from automobile accidents.
Ms. Adams first joined Kaufman Dolowich as a law clerk. During law school, she also clerked for the Honorable Judge Rochelle East, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of San Francisco. In addition, she was published in the Fall 2024 edition of the UC Law San Francisco Journal on Gender and Justice while studying at UC Law San Francisco.
