Overview
Elizabeth Sanguinetti concentrates on consumer financial services, labor and employment law, and general liability. Ms. Sanguinetti has experience in all phases of civil litigation and in appellate matters at the state and federal level.
In her financial services practice, she defends clients in lender liability, credit reporting, lending practices, allegations of wrongful mortgage foreclosure, arbitration agreements, and claims arising out of member/lending agreements. In her employment law practice, she defends a range of clients against wage and hour compliance disputes, and allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other employment-related claims. In her general liability work, Ms. Sanguinetti defends clients facing claims of premises and products liability, and construction defects.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Sanguinetti was a law firm civil litigator for ten years, and previously, a paralegal.
