Overview
David Schlosser focuses his practice on insurance coverage and litigation.
Mr. Schlosser analyzes risk in insurance policies and claims to assess coverage, identify potential exposures, and recommends strategies. His work spans insurance coverage matters under professional liability, general liability, property, and directors and officers (D&O) policies.
He evaluates liability and successfully negotiates settlements. Mr. Schlosser mitigates clients’ exposure through proactive analysis and works with claims adjusters, underwriters, and clients for claims handling and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Schlosser was an associate at law firms in Washington D.C. and New York, managing complex claims for timely resolutions., and served as a law clerk at the Office of the County Attorney, in Arlington, VA. During law school, he volunteered at their Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic.
