Daniel Barragan focuses his practice on employment law.
Mr. Barragan represents clients in employment claims throughout the litigation process. His work includes wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation and class collective actions suits and restrictive covenant enforcement actions.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, he handled insurance defense and workers compensation cases in Los Angeles. He previously served as a law clerk at two law firms conducting legal research on mass torts, class action, probate and bankruptcy, and communicating with clients to reach settlements.
Mr. Barragan is fluent in Spanish.
