Overview
Clinton Prospere focuses his practice on labor and employment law, general liability defense, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Prospere represents employers in a variety of industries in all areas of employment litigation including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and harassment claims. Additionally, he provides counsel to employers regarding personnel policies and employment contracts. In Mr. Prospere’s general liability work, he defends clients in matters of both premises and automobile liability. In his commercial litigation work, he handles business disputes.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Prospere served as a commercial litigation associate at a Dallas law firm and as a litigation associate at a Boston law firm. Mr. Prospere previously served as a law clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court and for the Honorable Chief Judge William H. Bright, Jr. at the Connecticut Appellate Court.
