Overview

Christian Maloney is an associate who concentrates his practice on labor and employment law. He represents management in cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Mr. Maloney provides counsel to insurance carriers and private companies in matters before state courts.

Mr. Maloney earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2023, where he was a National Team Competitor for the Moot Court Honor Society Appellate Division, served as a teaching assistant, class representative for Themis Bar Review and a member of Outlaws, the school’s LGBTQ Association. He previously interned for the New York County District Attorney’s Office and in Criminal Court of the City of New York.

Additionally, Mr. Maloney is a two-time awardee of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, an award which is given to the student who receives the highest grade in the course. He was also awarded the Criminal Law Certificate with Distinction for his gpa and recognized for his many hours of pro bono service by being a recipient of the Silver BLS Pro Bono Award.
