Overview
Chad Bickerton represents clients in first- and third-party insurance disputes, including coverage analysis and bad faith litigation.
His experience spans commercial general liability, commercial crime, errors and omissions, directors and officers liability, inland marine, construction defect tenders, and additional insured claims. He also advises on complex choice-of-law issues and has drafted opinion letters addressing insurance issues under the laws of at least 40 states. Mr. Bickerton has briefed and argued related matters before Florida’s Second and Third District Courts of Appeal.
He also defends insureds in construction defect and general liability matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, and general negligence claims.
Mr. Bickerton has represented and advised political entities on election and campaign finance matters for several years.
