Cassandra Neal

Cassandra Neal focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation.

Ms. Neal defends insurance carrier clients in a range of insurance coverage disputes and bad faith allegations. She provides liability assessments for insurance claims representatives from initial analysis to in-depth actions for swift resolution. Ms. Neal represents domestic and international insurance carriers and re-insurers for surplus lines.

Ms. Neal defends clients in motor vehicles accidents, premises liability, and in common carrier liability matters. Additionally, she has experience in commercial litigation and professional liability, including leading jury trials. She represents clients in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Neal represented global insurance carriers, re-insurers, and in surplus lines for counsel and legal actions in disability claims, general commercial liability, aviation and financial matters, and bad faith allegations.
