Overview

Benjamin Thompson focuses his practice on labor and employment law, representing individuals, businesses, and government entities in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, as well as wage and hour disputes and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Thompson earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and conducted financial audits of publicly traded companies. He later worked in corporate valuation consulting, where he advised on business valuation matters.
